Differences between JWR and old BKT NCREE MATS

(This document highlights what functional things changed to accomodate the structural actuator and dual operation modes.)

aadefine.alt:
1) New classes included:
	PauseAction
	Auth
	Setpoint
	HolddownSetpFg
	TestPanel
2) testP is now of class TestPanel instead of TestFgPanel, which is no longer used.

Auth.alt:
Appears to be used only with clippers to return their activation state. Use Clipper instead?

constants.alt:
1) nAct increased from 14 to 15
2) Actuator id "s1" defined.
3) btsMode and stdMode indices defined.

EmergAction.alt:
Parking table collects Setpoint instances instead of SetptFg instances.

HolddownActuator.alt:
Setpoint is of class HolddownSetptFg instead of SetptFg.

HolddownSetpFg.alt:
Only a subclass of Setpoint with no additional methods.

LimitAction.alt:
Action 2 now calls PauseAction. It used to be indicate/latch/alert.

LimitPanel.alt:
Action popup menu item 2 now reads Pause instead of Alert.

MainPanel.alt:
1) Clipper indicators added.
2) "Dynamic fbk" SignalDisplay added.
3) Method update changes based on mode.
4) "SetptFg" replaced with "Setpoint" everywhere.
5) Method mainOff: stop pilot pressure limit detector
6) Method mainOn: start pilot pressure limit detector
7) Methods mainHiOn/Off: changes based on mode

MySystem.alt:
Method start2 now verifies that default table file exists, else asks.

RatePanel.alt:
Added: holdDownRate and holdDownAccel.

Setpoint.alt:
What SetptFg.alt was.

SetptFg.alt:
Now only a subclass of Setpoint with no additional methods.

SetptKnob.alt:
Cleared state var added; methods "clear" and drawActive added.

StaticActuator.alt:
1) srvBal added, along with force balance testpoints.
2) Method init now takes id as an input param.
3) Stub instance access methods that return NIL for nonexistent objects.

TableBTS.alt:
1) "testMode" ivar added with access method.
2) Method download does rewiring based on mode.

TableForceChannel.alt:
Object "auth" changed from DspModel to Auth to get clipping status method. Instead, use Clipper?

TableLookup.alt:
Lookup mode ivar and methods added.

TerminalSelector.alt:
Only in JWR project. What does this do?

TestFg.alt
Radically different.

TestPanel.alt:
New in JWR.

TextGridDisplay.alt:
Method drawState changed. Why?

UniaxialChannel.alt:
Change to method disconnect to accomodate static actuator.

VirtualMachine.alt:
1) ivars added:
	limits
	pressLimits
	pauseAction
	obsDFz
	limDFz
	tpDFz
	holddownRate
	holddownAccel
2) "static" added to "achan" at index "s1".
3) Test fg device list populated with additional devices.
4) "pauseAction" created.
5) Fz objects created.
6) tpDFz added to testpoints.
7) Limit detector enable/disable list assembly.
8) Default holddownRate/Accel defined.
9) Method setUnits: static actuator skipped.
10) Methods to set/get holddownRate/Accel added.
11) Method setInterlock: Does forAll to "limits" list, rather than LimitDetector.forAll.
12) Method abort: Setpoint.forAll instead of SetptFg.forAll.
13) Method setProgram: if testPgm, stop all instead of run all.
14) Methods setSetpoint, cancelSetpoint, atPark, atZero: Setpoint.forAll instead of SetptFg.forAll.
15) Access methods limits, pressLimits, pauseAction, limDFz added.
16) Method download: set holddownRate/Accel
17) Method download: LimitAction/CondAction.forAll[#active] added.

vm.c:
1) NACT: Increased from 14 to 15.
2) S1: Added to actuator id enum.
3) obsDFz: Added, diff between static actuator force & sum of dynamic actuator forces.
4) limDFz: Added, limit detector on obsDFz fbk.
5) vmcreate: adc creation range change, create DFz objects.
6) vmConnect: Lots of diffs due to static actuator. Do a WinDiff with "vmBKTold.c".
